Background
Bishwajit is a B-Tech student who did everything right in his career but due to lack of required skills, he was not able to find job in his field. He is worried about his career as he is 2016 pass out and has not placed in a company yet. He requires the guidelines to improve his skills.
What went wrong?
He just needed a proper guideline to showcase his talent. As he was an ECE student, so he did not have knowledge regarding programming. One of his friends suggested him to join Trisect. He joined Job Oriented Java in Trisect.

How Trisect helped him?
Trisect team helped him in improving his programming skills. As he was an ECE student, so he needed to work on programming skills. We just started from the basics of Core Java and gradually increased his programming skills. Here, he learned about the logics which was required to solve the program. As he was having gap year, Trisect helped him in overcoming his fear to get a required job.
In Trisect, he used to solve 20-30 programs on daily basis which helped him in improving his programming skills. He attended lab sessions to get clear vision in applying logics. Separate assignments are given in homework to improve the programming skills.
He gave 20+ interviews in different companies but did not get the job. After this he de-motivated himself, Trisect team helped him to overcome his fear and motivated him. A day before his 21st interview the whole team motivated him and helped him in brushing up his technical as well as programming skills. Now he gave his 21st interview in Global Logic and got placed here with a good package of 4.5 LPA.
Trisect team always motivated his student in every aspect of life and gives guidelines to his student so that he can showcase his talent in a company.
